Waterproof Thermometer Probe Sensor: This 3m cabled waterproof probe sensor can be used to measure temperature in liquids( mainly water), bury it in soil, or place it in spaces like a fridge or swimming pool, etc.
Live Data on Free APP: requires a GW1000 WIFI Gateway(★★sold separately); After the WIFI configuration, the live multi-channel temperature data can be viewed directly on the WS View App
Remote Monitoring & Email Alerts: supports uploading to our free Ecowitt Weather server(ecowitt.net) to view all the data graph/download history records / set Email alerts for all the sensors on the website(requires the GW1000 gateway)
Up to 8 channels supported: allows you to track temperature at up to 8 locations (additional sensors sold separately)-Note: This sensor will share the eight channels with WH31
Long Transmission Range: the sensor data is transmitted every 61 seconds using RF wireless signal up to 300 feet (100 meter) range
When paired with a GW1000 Wi-Fi Gateway:
View temperature reading on the Live Data page of the WS View app (requires the gateway and your phone are using the same Wi-Fi network)
Up to 8 channels supported. Channel names can be edited on the app.
Battery level information is displayed on the WS View App when low battery power is detected
When paired with a Weather Station Console (HP2551/HP3500/HP3501):
View water temperature data in real-time on the Display
Up to 8 channels supported. Channel names can be edited on the console(only for the HP2551/HP2553 console).
When paired with a weather station console ( WH2910 with console software version V2.1.8 or above):
Sensor data can’t be displayed on the console but is being pushed to https://www.ecowitt.net for remote data hosting.
When uploaded to Ecowitt Weather Server:
View current water temperature data & history records & graphs on the website
Receive email alerts from the server
Remote monitoring with smartphone, laptop, or computer by visiting the website
